Summary
Neon Invaders II is a one-thumb arcade shooter. It does not require an account. Your high score, settings, and local game state remain on your device and are not sent to SunMarc-operated servers.
The game is free and ad-supported. It uses Google Mobile Ads for menu banners, capped interstitial ads between runs, and optional rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may automatically process limited device and usage data to provide, measure, and protect advertising services.
Data handled by the app
SunMarc does not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, payment information, or an account in Neon Invaders II.
- Local game data: high scores, game settings, sound and haptic preferences, and information needed to manage gameplay and ad pacing.
- Storage: this information stays on your device using Android app storage.
- SunMarc servers: SunMarc does not operate a server that receives or stores your gameplay history or local profile.
Advertising and third-party data
Neon Invaders II uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google settings, Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or share:
- your IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
- app interactions such as app launches, taps, ad impressions, and rewarded-video views;
- diagnostic information about app or advertising-SDK performance; and
- device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available.
This data may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Data transmitted by Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy controls. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising.
Consent and advertising choices
Where required, the app uses Google's consent tools to request advertising consent. You can review or change your ad privacy choices from the in-game Settings screen. If consent is unavailable or declined where applicable, the app requests non-personalized ads. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID in Android settings.
Permissions and device features
- Internet and network-state access support advertising; the game itself can be played offline.
- Advertising-services and advertising-ID permissions support Google Mobile Ads.
- Vibration supports optional haptic feedback during play.
Neon Invaders II does not request camera, microphone, contacts, files/media, or precise-location permission.
Data sharing and sale
SunMarc does not sell personal data. Neon Invaders II does not send local scores or settings to SunMarc. Data handled by Google Mobile Ads may be shared with Google and advertising partners as described above for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
Data retention and deletion
You can erase locally stored game data by clearing Neon Invaders II's app data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. Advertising data retained by Google or its partners is governed by their policies, retention rules, and user controls.
Children
Neon Invaders II is a general-audience game intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children on SunMarc servers. If you believe a child has provided personal data to SunMarc, contact us so we can investigate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The updated date above will identify the current version.
